Accounts & Access

Do I need separate accounts for Flycoded services and Academy?

No. Flycoded uses one account system. A person can have client, student or other authorised roles under the same login, and the dashboard only shows the sections relevant to those roles.

Which registration link should a student use?

Students should use the Academy registration option. The system assigns the student role automatically so the account opens the Academy learning features after login.

Which registration link should a business client use?

Clients requesting websites, software, branding, marketing, CAC or other services should use the Client Account registration option. The system assigns the client role automatically.

Can one person be both a client and a student?

Yes. Choose the Client + Student option during registration, or an administrator can add the second role later. The same login will then show both business-service and Academy areas.

What happens after I sign in?

You are taken to a role-aware dashboard. Students see learning features, clients see service and project features, instructors see teaching tools, staff see assigned operations, and admins see the full control centre.

Can I change my profile information later?

Yes. Signed-in users can access the profile area to update supported account details. Some role or security changes may require an administrator.

Projects & Services

What services does Flycoded provide?

Flycoded provides web and software development, branding and graphics, digital marketing, social media management, CAC and business support, digital/identity support and practical digital-skills training.

How do I request a service?

Create or sign into a Client Account, open the service-request area, choose the relevant service and provide a clear brief. The request can then move through review, proposal, invoice, project execution and delivery.

Can Flycoded handle both design and development?

Yes. Depending on scope, Flycoded can combine brand design, interface design, website development, software workflows, deployment and ongoing support within one project.

How long does a project take?

Timing depends on scope, content readiness, feedback speed and technical complexity. A simple landing page is much faster than a full portal or custom PHP/MySQL system. The proposal should define the expected timeline before work begins.

Can I track project progress online?

Yes. Client projects can be tracked from the dashboard with status updates, project tasks, documents, invoices, support and other workflow information.

Do you work with clients outside Lokoja?

Yes. Flycoded is based in Lokoja, Kogi State, but many digital services and training activities can be delivered remotely to clients and learners elsewhere in Nigeria and beyond.

Websites & Software

What types of websites can Flycoded build?

Flycoded can build business websites, corporate sites, landing pages, portals, publishing websites, school or organisation platforms and other responsive web experiences depending on the project scope.

Can you build custom PHP and MySQL systems?

Yes. Flycoded works with PHP and MySQL for database-driven portals, dashboards, workflow systems, client areas and other custom business applications.

Will my website work on mobile phones?

Responsive design is part of the standard frontend approach. Layouts should adapt cleanly to desktop, tablet and mobile screens.

Can Flycoded help with domain and hosting?

Yes. Domain, hosting, deployment and related setup can be included or guided depending on the project arrangement.

Do you provide maintenance after launch?

Maintenance and post-launch support can be included as an ongoing service or separate support arrangement depending on the project.

CAC & Business Registration

Which CAC categories are supported?

The platform separates Business Name, Company Registration, NGO/Incorporated Trustees, Annual Returns and Post-Incorporation services so each application can follow the right workflow.

What is the difference between Business Name and Company Registration?

A Business Name is generally suited to sole proprietors or smaller business structures, while a Company has directors, shareholders and a more formal corporate structure. Flycoded can help you understand which route fits your situation.

Can Flycoded support NGO or Incorporated Trustee registration?

Yes. The NGO/Trustees workflow is designed for associations, foundations, unions, initiatives and similar organisations that require trustee and governing information.

Can I submit CAC documents online?

Yes. Signed-in clients can use the protected document workflow when Flycoded requests supporting documents. Sensitive records should not be posted publicly.

Do all CAC applications require the same information?

No. Business Name, Company and NGO applications require different information. The system separates these categories rather than forcing all applicants into one generic form.

Do you handle Annual Returns?

Yes. Annual Returns are listed separately within CAC/business support so clients can request compliance assistance after registration.

What is Post-Incorporation support?

Post-Incorporation support covers relevant changes or updates after registration, such as company or business record changes, depending on the CAC service required.

How will I know if more documents are required?

Flycoded can request documents through the client workflow and send updates through in-app notifications or configured email communication.

Flycoded Academy

How is Academy training delivered?

Flycoded Academy combines structured online learning with instructor-led live sessions. Students can access courses, lessons, assignments, projects, quizzes, exams, results, progress and certificates from one account.

Do you use Google Meet for live classes?

Yes. Google Meet can be used for scheduled instructor-led classes. Zoom or another approved meeting platform may also be used where appropriate.

Do I need a laptop?

A laptop is strongly recommended for web development and software-related training. Some social media, design and productivity activities can be done on a phone, but a computer generally provides the best learning experience.

Are the courses suitable for beginners?

Many Flycoded programs are designed with beginner-friendly entry points. Each course page should show its level so learners can choose appropriately.

Will I work on practical projects?

Yes. Practical assignments and projects are a core part of the Academy approach because the goal is to demonstrate what you can actually do, not only what you have watched.

Are there quizzes and exams?

Courses can include quizzes, module checks and final exams. Results are recorded in the learning system and can contribute to completion requirements.

Can instructors grade student work?

Yes. Instructors can review supported submissions, practical projects and assessments, then record scores and feedback.

How are certificates issued?

Certificates are tied to course completion and assessment requirements. Eligible certificates appear in the student's certificate area with a verification code.

Payments & Billing

Can I pay by bank transfer?

Manual payment records can be submitted for review where enabled. Online payment can also be used when the configured payment gateway is available.

Will I receive an invoice?

Where the workflow requires billing, invoices are created inside the client account and can be tracked alongside payment status.

Can I see my payment history?

Yes. Signed-in clients can view relevant invoices and payment records from the billing area.

Does Flycoded support online payments?

The platform includes Flutterwave integration structure for NGN payments when valid test or production gateway settings are configured.

Support, Notifications & Delivery

How will I know when something changes?

Flycoded provides in-app notifications. Email notifications can also be sent when SMTP is configured by the administrator.

How do I contact support after a project starts?

Use the support area inside your client account for tracked assistance. General enquiries can also be sent through the Contact page, phone, WhatsApp or email.

Can Flycoded request documents from me?

Yes. Project or CAC workflows can include protected document requests and uploads so important files stay connected to the relevant work.

How are completed documents delivered?

Digital documents can be delivered through the client workflow. Physical delivery or waybill arrangements can be handled separately where the service requires them.

What if I need support after completion?

Projects can move into support or renewal stages after completion, allowing ongoing maintenance, updates or follow-up services to be managed clearly.
