1. Using Flycoded

Use the platform lawfully, provide accurate information and keep your account credentials private. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report suspected unauthorised access.

2. One account, role-based access

Flycoded uses one account system across client services and Academy. Access to features depends on assigned roles such as client, student, instructor, staff or administrator. Users must not attempt to bypass permissions or access areas they are not authorised to use.

3. Service requests and project acceptance

Submitting a request does not automatically mean Flycoded has accepted the work. Scope, deliverables, pricing, responsibilities, timelines and payment conditions may be confirmed through the proposal and invoice workflow before work begins or advances.

4. CAC and business-support services

Applicants are responsible for providing accurate information and genuine supporting documents. Government processing times, approvals, queries and regulatory requirements may affect timelines and are not fully controlled by Flycoded. Where a government or third-party fee changes, the applicable service price may also need to be updated.

5. Payments

Invoices and payment records should be reviewed carefully. Manual payment submissions may require verification before being marked successful. Online payments are subject to the configured payment provider's processing terms. Do not submit false transaction references or altered payment evidence.

6. Project changes and revisions

Reasonable revisions may be included according to the proposal or service arrangement. Material changes to scope, functionality, content or timelines may require a revised quotation, additional payment or a new project phase.

7. Academy learning

Course access is personal to the enrolled user unless Flycoded explicitly provides group or institutional access. Learners should not copy, resell, redistribute or publicly share protected course content. Certificates are issued only when the defined completion and assessment conditions have been satisfied.

8. Assignments, projects and assessment integrity

Learners should submit their own work unless collaboration is explicitly allowed. Flycoded may withhold or review results where there is evidence of impersonation, unauthorised copying or manipulation of assessment activity.

9. Acceptable use and security

Do not upload malicious files, attempt to break authentication, interfere with other users, abuse platform resources, scrape protected content, submit harmful code or use Flycoded for unlawful activities. Accounts may be suspended or restricted when necessary to protect the platform and its users.

10. Intellectual property

Ownership and usage rights for client deliverables should follow the agreed proposal or contract. Flycoded's brand assets, platform code, course materials and original content remain protected unless explicitly transferred or licensed.

11. Availability and changes

Flycoded may update services, prices, course content, schedules, platform features and these terms as the business evolves. Where a change materially affects an active paid engagement, it should be handled according to the applicable proposal, invoice or agreement.

12. Support and contact

For questions about these terms or an active service, use the Flycoded support workflow or contact hello@flycoded.com.ng.
