How Flycoded Network Enterprise handles information submitted through the public website, unified account, client portal, CAC workflows and Flycoded Academy.
Last updated: 5 September 2026
1. Information we may collect
We may collect information you provide when creating an account, requesting a service, submitting a CAC or business application, enrolling in training, uploading documents, making or reporting a payment, contacting support, submitting an enquiry or using another platform feature. This can include your name, email address, phone number, organisation details, service interests, course activity, project information, submitted documents, transaction references and account activity.
2. How we use information
Flycoded uses submitted information to provide requested services, manage client and student accounts, process applications, coordinate projects, communicate updates, provide support, administer Academy learning, record results and certificates, maintain security, improve the platform and meet legitimate business or legal obligations.
3. Client and CAC documents
Some services may require business or identity-related documents. Access to uploaded documents is restricted to authorised users and should be used only for the relevant workflow. Users should not submit passwords, payment-card secrets or unrelated sensitive information through public forms.
4. Academy learning records
The platform may store enrolments, lesson completion, assignments, project submissions, quiz/exam attempts, grades, feedback, progress and certificate records so learners and authorised instructors can use the Academy effectively.
5. Payments
Flycoded may store invoices, amounts, payment references, payment status and related transaction metadata. Card details should be handled by the configured payment provider rather than stored directly by Flycoded.
6. Email and notifications
Transactional messages may be sent for account activity, project updates, document requests, invoices, payments, support, training schedules, assessment results, certificates and security events. Marketing or newsletter communication should be treated separately and should provide a reasonable way to stop future marketing messages.
7. Security and authorised access
Flycoded uses technical and administrative controls such as role-based access, session protection, CSRF protection, input validation, prepared database operations, audit/security records and protected uploads. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their login credentials and report suspicious activity promptly.
8. Third-party providers
Some features may rely on third-party services for hosting, email delivery, payments, analytics, video meetings, communications or live-chat support. When the live-chat widget is enabled, the chat provider may receive technical information needed to operate the chat and information you choose to submit in a conversation. Do not send passwords, card secrets or unnecessary identity documents through live chat. Information should be shared only as reasonably necessary to provide the relevant service.
9. Data retention
Records may be retained where reasonably necessary for service delivery, account history, training records, accounting, dispute resolution, legal requirements, security or operational continuity. Retention periods can vary by record type.
10. Your choices
You may contact Flycoded to ask about your account information, request corrections, ask questions about communications or raise a privacy concern. Some records may need to be retained where there is a legitimate business, contractual or legal reason.
11. Contact
For privacy-related enquiries, contact hello@flycoded.com.ng or use the contact page. Flycoded Network Enterprise is based in Lokoja, Kogi State, Nigeria.
